1. Type and specification of sealed containers

When consulting our customer service for customized sealing machines, please inform us of the type of container to be sealed, such as cups, bowls, boxes, bottles, etc., the diameter of the container and the size of the specifications.

2. What is the material of the sealed container

Our company strongly requires users to inform us of the specific material of the container to be sealed, such as PET, PE, PP, PVC, PS or other materials, because the sealing temperature of different materials is different, and the matching sealing film material is also different.

3. Required output of the sealing machine

The output of each type of sealing machine is different. Our sealing machines include semi-automatic, fully automatic, assembly line, filling, etc. According to the size of the sealing diameter, we can customize 1-out-1, 1-out-2, 1-out-3, 1-out-4 sealing, with a minimum diameter of 50mm and a maximum diameter of 250mm.

4. Samples need to be provided to our company

If the user needs to customize the plastic cup sealing machine (non-standard), please be sure to mail the sealing sample (container to be sealed) to our company, and then our company can design and customize the sealing machine according to the specific specifications of the sample. After the sealing machine is produced, our company will use the sample for trial sealing and adjust the sealing machine according to the trial sealing situation until the trial sealing passes the acceptance before shipment. Note that users should provide as many sealing samples as possible.

5. Other additional functions and devices
