The vacuum pump is the core component of the vacuum packaging machine. It has many problems. The vacuum degree is relatively low. The reason is that the pump oil is contaminated, too little or too thin. The vacuum pump should be cleaned and replaced with new vacuum pump oil; in addition, the pumping time is too short and the pumping time should be extended.

If the exhaust filter is blocked, clean or replace the exhaust filter; if there is air leakage, turn off the power after emptying, and check whether the solenoid valve, pipe joint, vacuum pump suction valve and sealing gasket around the studio are leaking. The vacuum packaging machine is too noisy. Check whether the vacuum pump coupling is worn or damaged, and replace it if worn or damaged; the exhaust filter is blocked or installed incorrectly. The method is to clean or replace the exhaust filter and install it correctly; check whether the solenoid valve is leaking and eliminate it. Vacuum pump ejection. The O-ring of the suction valve falls off, pull out the vacuum tube on the pump nozzle, remove the suction nozzle, take out the compression spring and suction valve, gently stretch the O-ring several times, reinsert it into the groove, and then install it; if the rotor is worn, replace the rotor.

Vacuum pump oil leakage: The reason may be that the return oil valve is blocked. We can remove the return oil valve and clean it; if the oil window is loose, drain the vacuum pump, remove the oil window and wrap it with raw material tape or thin plastic film. The vacuum pump has a large amount of oil smoke. It may be that the exhaust filter is blocked or contaminated, and the exhaust filter should be cleaned or replaced; replace the pump oil with new oil; if the return oil valve is blocked, clean the return oil valve.

Other common problems include: the heating belt is not heated. The heating belt may be burned out. Replace the heating strip; the heating time relay is burned out (both lights are on at the same time when the machine starts, and the color of the Omron lamp is yellow). Replace the time relay; when the heating wire is burned out, replace the heating wire and install it firmly; the control heating temperature belt switch has poor contact, repair or replace; the AC contactor that controls heating is not reset, repair (blow off foreign matter with airflow) or replace; replace the damaged heating transformer.

The heating does not stop, the heating time relay has poor contact or burns out, adjust the time relay to contact with the socket or replace it; the control heating AC contactor is not reset, repair or replace. The seal is uneven, not tight or not sealed. The steel box should be deformed and needs to be adjusted. If the heating time and temperature are not adjusted properly, they can be adjusted several times to make it appropriate; if there is attachment on the heating cloth, gently scrape it with your fingernails; the boost solenoid valve does not work.

Clean or replace the solenoid valve; if the airbag is damaged, replace the airbag; repair or replace the damaged compressed air pipeline; if the air is not discharged, the cooling time relay is disconnected (in the electrical cabinet), and the time relay is replaced; check and connect the open circuit of the exhaust valve; the bleed valve is stuck or burned out. Remove it for cleaning or replacement. Heating without heating. If the welding bead of the packaging bag on the unheated side is short-circuited with the heating device (usually short-circuited with the copper welding rod), adjust the position of the copper welding rod, or shelve the welding point of the packaging bag.

The pump is not vacuumed. If the workshop is not tightly covered, the workshop should be tightly covered; the motor is reversed (be careful not to change the ground wire, the colored wire is the ground wire); the fuse is disconnected (the indicator light is on), and the fuse of the same specification is replaced. Finally, the cover does not work. There is no power supply, check whether there is power supply; the travel switch does not work to adjust the travel switch dial. If the fuse is blown (the indicator light is on), replace the fuse of the same specification, find and eliminate the short circuit in the fuse that is frequently blown; if the motor reverses for too long, any two-phase power line (except the ground wire) should be replaced and installed; if the oil viscosity is too high, clean the pump and replace the oil. Repair the short circuit fault of the paddle in the fuse box.
